FAQs
What is Voice & Vessel?
Voice & Vessel is a studio exploring adornment, ritual, memory, and reclamation through handmade objects, curated pieces, and herbal care.
Are your pieces handmade?
Many pieces are handmade, one-of-one, or carefully curated in small quantities. Natural variation, texture, and imperfection are part of each piece's character.
What materials do you use?
Materials vary by collection and may include polymer clay, brass, gold-plated metals, natural fibers, herbs, glass, stone, and reclaimed elements. Individual listings include specific material details.
How should I care for my adornments?
Store pieces in a dry place away from water, oils, and prolonged sunlight. Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear. Delicate handmade pieces should be handled with care.
Are your pieces waterproof?
Most adornments are not intended for prolonged exposure to water. Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, or heavy activity to preserve longevity.
Do you offer custom pieces?
Select custom or made-to-order offerings may become available through future archive releases. Announcements will be shared through the studio and mailing list.
What is The Living Archive?
The Living Archive is an evolving collection series exploring memory, ritual, form, and embodiment through objects and adornment.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Archive or made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of handmade and limited pieces, all sales are currently final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability may vary by collection and destination.
How can I stay updated on future releases?
You can join the mailing list or follow the studio for announcements, archive releases, and upcoming collections.
